Welcome to the registration page for ICHEC 2025.
The early registration deadline is October 26, 2025. Regular and student rates apply, with fees increasing after this date. Please register early to take advantage of the discounted rates.
Please ensure that pop-ups are enabled in your browser before you begin registration and read each section carefully. All fees are listed in Singapore Dollars (S$) and are inclusive of the 9% Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST). Minor rounding differences (up to one cent) may occur due to GST computation.

1. Authors of Accepted FULL Papers
At least one author of each accepted FULL paper and at least one organiser of each workshop must complete a Standard registration by October 26, 2025.
Each accepted full paper must be covered by a distinct Standard registration. The same registrant cannot use a single Standard registration to cover multiple papers.
Papers without a valid accompanying registration may be excluded from the proceedings.
2. Refund Policy
- Author registrations are non-refundable.
- The
Student
registration type is not valid to cover a FULL paper. - A 50% refund may be granted for cancellation requests submitted before November 2, 2025, 11:59 PM Singapore Time (GMT+8).
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] for consideration.
- Approved refunds will be processed approximately 3 months after the conference.
3. Inclusions
Your registration includes:
- Access to the conference for all 3 days: Friday, November 21, 2025 to Sunday, November 23, 2025.
- Lunches and coffee breaks for all 3 days.
- Attendance at the Banquet Dinner on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
Venue and Accommodations
1. Venue
ICHEC 2025 will take place in the heart of Singapore at the Singapore Management University (SMU).
- Day 1 (November 21, 2025): School of Computing and Information Systems 2 (School of Economics), 90 Stamford Road. Google Map | Baidu Map

Both venues are centrally located in Singapore’s civic and cultural district, with easy access to public transportation, hotels, and dining options.
2. Recommended Hotel
We have secured corporate rates at the nearby Hotel Royal Queens (12 Queen Street, Singapore 188553). To reserve a room, please send a booking enquiry to [email protected] with the subject line ICHEC 2025. The hotel is a 6-minute walk to the Day 1 venue and a 5-minute walk to the Days 2–3 venue.
Because the conference is in the city center, there are many other hotel options for attendees within a 10-minute walk. Please refer to the table below for additional nearby accommodations.
