Note：
（1） Payment for registration is in U.S. dollars.
（2） You must register for the main conference if you intend to register for a workshop. You can register for multiple workshops but please check if the workshops you selected have overlapping times.
（3） The maximum number of registration for a workshop is 40.
（4） For registration fees, cancellations will be accepted until 30 April, 2017. Refunds will be made in full less a $100 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds issued after 30 April, 2017.

(1) 注册以美元结算。
(2) 如果您想注册工作坊，您必须注册主会。您可以注册多个工作坊，但是请您核对这些工作坊的时间是否冲突。
(3) 一个工作坊只提供40个注册名额。
(4) 取消注册的截至期为2017年4月30日。取消注册会扣除100美元的费用。在4月30日之后无法取消注册。
