Call for Workshop / Course Proposals
We invite proposals for in‑person workshops / courses that explore contemporary topics in Human–Computer Interaction. These will take place on Friday, November 21, 2025, the opening day of the conference in Singapore.
🧭 Scope & Topics
Proposals should address cutting-edge areas within HCI, including but not limited to:
- Emerging interaction paradigms & UX design
- Human-AI collaboration, fairness, agency, and interpretability
- UX and social computing, digital wellbeing, and ethics
- AR/VR/XR, ubiquitous computing, and embodied interaction
- HCI for sustainability, accessibility, inclusion
- Novel methodologies in HCI research and evaluation
- Application domains: health, education, civic tech, workplace tech

Proposals (up to 3 pages, excluding references) should follow this proposal template.

🧩 What We Offer
- A dedicated half (3.5 hr) or full-day (2 x 3.5 hr) slot during the conference program
- Standard room setup with projector, mic, Wi‑Fi
- Conference-promoted workshop page and inclusion in proceedings
- Strong local and regional HCI community attendance
📌 Audience Participation & Fees
- Workshop organisers and participants must register for both the workshop and the main conference
- No separate workshop fee; access included with conference registration.
- Minimum attendance of 10 in-person participants required
